Bento Box is just the popular name for something we have been doing for years - packing a meal for eating away from home.

But it is more than that too.  Recently we've started to depend on pre-packaged  fat and sugar laden food instead of fruit and home made foods.

 Not only is this more expensive to do day after day, it is also less healthy and ads exponentially to the waste stream.

Enter, the Bento Box concept.
